Scotland appoint Pocognoli as Clarke's successor

The Scottish FA has appointed Belgian Sébastien Pocognoli as the new Scotland manager, succeeding Steve Clarke. At 39, he is the first non-Scottish manager in the role since Berti Vogts. Pocognoli was recently sacked by his previous club. Scotland's next fixture is against Slovenia on 26 September in the Nations League, which will be his first game in charge.
